Mei-Ling Murray Summer Workshop: July 9-11, 2026

Please join us for Mei-Ling Murray’s transformative Summer Workshop Intensive. Strengthen your technique and build your artistry! Intermediate to advanced dancers, teens and adults!

Mei-Ling is a classically trained ballet and contemporary dancer from the Bay
Area and Hawai’i. She trained with American Ballet Theatre, The Ailey School,
and the San Francisco Conservatory of Dance, and received a BFA from the
University of Arizona School of Dance. Her professional career spanned eight
years as a freelance performance artist in San Francisco, and five seasons as a
soloist for New Orleans Ballet Theatre. She has danced works by George
Balanchine, Jiri Kylian, Ohad Nahirin, James Clouser, Robert Moses, Alex Ketley,
and Maurice Causey. Her commercial credits include dancing with Arcade Fire’s
Kanaval, TEDxSan Francisco, and television appearances on Disney, FOX, and
the CW.

Throughout her performing career Mei-Ling has always had a passion for dance
education and outreach serving diverse communities around the world. As the
Program Director for Movement Exchange, she developed international dance
exchange programs with the U.S. Embassies in Panama and India. She has been a
guest instructor for the San Francisco Unified School District, University of
Arizona, University of Panama, U.S. Consolate Kolkata, and West Hawai’i Dance
Theater. Mei-Ling’s latest chapter focuses on serving the dancers of Santa Barbara.
She currently is a guest lecturer at UCSB’s dance department, and faculty member
at State Street Ballet.

3-Day Workshop: $150

Standalone Technique Class: $35 per class
